It is a cheap home made water filter setup. From a container of cream, a Brita water filter and a 2-inch rubber O-ring. There are two ways to kill a virus or bacteria that are water and the water is boiling, or could use chemicals. For this video I chose to bleach, but there are other chemicals that are available in most shops open style or military surplus stores.
